Overview

SaveReel respects the intellectual property rights of content creators. We do not host, store, or distribute any TikTok videos or audio files on our servers. Our service functions as a technical intermediary that processes publicly available URLs provided by users.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been accessed or distributed through our service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedure below to submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, please send an email to dmca@savereel.link containing the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The specific URL(s) on TikTok where the original content is published.
  3. Your contact information (full name, email address, phone number).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include blocking the reported URL(s) from being processed through our service. We will respond to all valid notices within 48 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@savereel.link with the following information:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
